Hi, I’m Lydia Williams, the 22-year-old founder of Med Made Collective!
As a full-time nursing student and hospital employee, healthcare is more than just a career path for me — it’s my passion. My ultimate goal is to become a NICU nurse, caring for some of the tiniest and most precious patients.
I created Med Made Collective because I believe healthcare professionals deserve to feel confident, comfortable, and stylish, even during their busiest shifts.
What started as an idea for stylish scrub caps has grown into a vision of bringing personality, comfort, and confidence to the healthcare community.
